On the Science and Technology Innovation Board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, the number of issued ordinary shares remained at 2.00 billion shares as of 13 February 2026, with no change reported.

Following these developments, SMIC reported a total of 6.00 billion shares listed on the Hong Kong market and 2.00 billion shares on the Shanghai market, reflecting a marginal increase in Hong Kong-listed shares while the Shanghai-listed shares remained unchanged.
