On December 31, the Huizhou branch of China Construction Bank Corporation and its subsidiary, the Boluo Longxi sub-branch, were fined 390,000 yuan and 200,000 yuan respectively by the Huizhou regulatory office of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
The penalties were imposed due to serious violations of prudential operating rules in their agency sales business and credit business.
Additionally, the responsible individuals, Wang Xianzhong, Li Guorong, and Zeng Guoguang, each received a formal warning.
