Realord Technology Publishes 2026 Interim Report Online and Invites Shareholders to Opt for E-Delivery

Bulletin Express09-17

Realord Technology Company Limited (1196.HK) has released its Interim Report 2026 in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.realord.com.hk) and on the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who previously elected hard-copy delivery will receive printed versions of the report with this notice. The board is encouraging holders to switch to electronic communication by registering a functional email address with the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at least seven days in advance.

If no email address is provided, or if the address proves non-functional, the company will fulfill regulatory obligations by posting notification letters and supplying future actionable corporate documents in hard copy until a valid address is submitted.

Investors may at any time alter their preferred language or method of receipt, or request printed copies of the current communications, by returning the enclosed Change Request Form or contacting Tricor directly. Printed-copy requests remain effective until the last day of the following financial year unless revoked.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (+852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays), or via email at 1196-ecom@vistra.com.

The notice was issued on 18 September 2026 under the authority of Chairman Lin Xiaohui.
