China Oriental Reports Stable Share Capital in July 2026, 18.00 Million Share Options Unexercised

China Oriental Group Company Limited disclosed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuer for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming no changes in authorised, issued or treasury shares during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million. Issued shares were unchanged at 3.72 billion, and the firm held no treasury shares. Management further affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 15 May 2013, 18.00 million options were outstanding at month-end, with no new shares issued and no options exercised, leaving total funds raised at HKD 0.00.

The company reported no outstanding warrants, convertibles, or other agreements to issue shares, and there were no other movements in capital. The return was signed by Financial Controller and Company Secretary Lam Pak Kan on behalf of the board.
