PA GOODDOCTOR Names CFO Luoqi Zang as Board & Company Secretary; Cheng Liu to Step Down in March 2026

Ping An Healthcare and Technology Company Limited (PA GOODDOCTOR) announced that Cheng Liu will leave his posts as secretary of the Board, company secretary and authorised representative on 24 March 2026 due to personal work arrangements. Liu confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention.

Effective the same date, Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer Luoqi Zang, aged 45, will assume all three roles. Zang joined the Group in March 2022 and currently serves as executive vice-president, CFO and general manager of subsidiary Kang Jian Information Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. Her prior experience spans PricewaterhouseCoopers, Deloitte, InterContinental Hotels Group, Caocao Chuxing and Didi Chuxing.

Zang is a fellow of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute, The Chartered Governance Institute (UK), the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, CPA Australia and The Institute of Public Accountants. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Fudan University and an MBA from the University of Melbourne.

Upon the transition, PA GOODDOCTOR’s authorised representatives under HKEX Listing Rule 3.05 will be Mingke He and Luoqi Zang. The Board expressed appreciation for Liu’s service and welcomed Zang to her expanded responsibilities.
