YEAHKA: Yingqi Liu’s long position increased.

On October 30, 2026, YEAHKA (09923) repurchased 138,800 shares for holding as treasury shares on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 3.4613 per share, involving about HKD 480,428; as Yingqi Liu controls one-third or more of the voting power at general meetings of YEAHKA, he is deemed to have an interest in those treasury shares, resulting in an increase in his long position. The repurchase was an on-exchange transaction matched on the SEHK open market and was not a direct secondary-market dealing by the declarant.

Prior to the acquisition, Yingqi Liu’s long position in YEAHKA was 166.08 million shares, representing 35.93%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 166.22 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 35.96%.
