To further popularize knowledge of national defense mobilization and civil air defense laws and regulations and to raise the public's awareness of the rule of law in national defense, the county Development and Reform Bureau carried out a publicity and education activity on the legal framework for national defense mobilization at Zhongshan Park on October 13.
At the event, staff focused on the National Defense Mobilization Law of the People's Republic of China and the Civil Air Defense Law of the People's Republic of China, using methods such as setting up display boards, distributing publicity materials, answering questions on site, and giving face-to-face presentations. They provided detailed explanations of the basic policies of national defense mobilization, citizens' national defense obligations, routine maintenance and management of civil air defense projects, protection of civil air defense facilities, and emergency knowledge for air defense and disaster prevention, all of which are matters of public concern. The effort helped bring legal knowledge on national defense mobilization and civil air defense deeply into people's minds.
Through this legal publicity campaign, the reach of publicity on the rule of law in national defense mobilization was effectively expanded, the public's national defense awareness, civil air defense safety consciousness, and legal literacy were genuinely strengthened, and a strong atmosphere was created in which everyone cares about national defense, supports national defense mobilization, and abides by civil air defense laws and regulations.
