Beijing Kingsoft Office Software,Inc. has released its 2025 annual report, which includes details on the compensation of its senior executives, drawing significant attention. Notably, the company's General Manager does not receive the highest pay; that distinction belongs to Vice President Bi Xiaocun.
Zhang Qingyuan, aged 49, joined Kingsoft in 2000. He has held various positions, including Technical Director of the WPS Division at Kingsoft, Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, and Chief Operating Officer at Zhuhai Kingsoft Office. He was appointed as the company's General Manager in 2020, a role he continues to hold. According to the 2025 annual report, Zhang Qingyuan's compensation for the past year was 2.0295 million yuan, a notable increase from 1.798 million yuan the previous year. However, his compensation is not the highest among the company's senior management. Vice President Bi Xiaocun received 2.6948 million yuan, and Vice President Zhuang Yong received 2.0571 million yuan, both higher than Zhang's remuneration.
Reports indicate that Bi Xiaocun's compensation has exceeded Zhang Qingyuan's for several consecutive years. From 2021 to 2024, Zhang Qingyuan's compensation was 1.119 million yuan, 1.677 million yuan, 1.690 million yuan, and 1.798 million yuan, respectively. In comparison, Bi Xiaocun's compensation for the same periods was 1.849 million yuan, 1.858 million yuan, 2.275 million yuan, and 1.844 million yuan. In one of these years, the difference exceeded 700,000 yuan.
Bi Xiaocun is also a veteran at Kingsoft. Now 45 years old, she joined the WPS Testing Center of Kingsoft in June 2005 and began serving as a Vice President of the company in May 2017. She is currently fully responsible for the commercial operation of the internet software value-added business.
Apart from executive compensation, Beijing Kingsoft Office Software,Inc.'s performance over the past year is also noteworthy. In 2025, the company's operating revenue was approximately 5.929 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 15.78%. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was about 1.836 billion yuan, up 11.63% year-on-year. Broadly speaking, the company achieved relatively strong results under Zhang Qingyuan's leadership over the past year. It was noted that, driven by strategies such as "AI Collaboration and Internationalization," Beijing Kingsoft Office Software,Inc. maintained steady growth, demonstrating strong momentum in its transition from a traditional office software provider to an intelligent office platform.
