COMPUTIME Reports Stable Share Base and Compliance with Public Float in July 2026 Monthly Return

Computime Group Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 July 2026, confirming a steady share structure and full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX) public-float requirements.

• Authorised Share Capital: Unchanged at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 500.00 million.

• Issued Shares: The company maintained 842.54 million issued ordinary shares, with no additions, cancellations, or treasury-share movements recorded during the month. Treasury share balance remained at zero.

• Public Float: Computime affirmed that it met the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float threshold as of 31 July 2026.

• Capital Instruments: No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, exercised, or outstanding. Consequently, no new funds were raised through equity issuance in July.

The issuer’s company secretary, Samuel Wan Kay Wong, confirmed that all regulatory and listing requirements were duly satisfied for the reporting period.
