Prudential plc (PRU) disclosed on 25 March 2026 that nine persons discharging managerial responsibilities (PDMRs) received share awards under the Prudential Global Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). All awards were granted at HKD 110.70 per ordinary share and will vest between March 2027 and March 2029, with portions of the 2029 tranche subject to performance criteria.
