Hangzhou Jiuyuan Genetic Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (stock short name: JIUYUAN GENE) has completed its previously announced corporate name change. According to the board announcement dated 11 May 2026, the Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a Certificate of Registration of Alteration of Name on 17 April 2025, confirming the switch from “Hangzhou Jiuyuan Gene Engineering Co., Ltd.” to “Hangzhou Jiuyuan Genetic Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd.” The Chinese name was simultaneously updated from “杭州九源基因工程股份有限公司” to “杭州九源基因生物醫藥股份有限公司”.

The rebranding does not affect shareholder rights, daily operations or the company’s financial position. All existing share certificates bearing the former name remain valid for trading, settlement, registration and delivery. From 15 April 2025, newly issued share certificates carry the new corporate name; there is no arrangement for exchanging previously issued certificates.

The company’s stock code (02566) and its Chinese (九源基因) and English (JIUYUAN GENE) trading abbreviations remain unchanged.
