AIA Group Limited announced that, from 29 July 2026, all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be released exclusively through electronic channels. Documents will be accessible in the “Investor Relations” section of the company website (www.aia.com) and on the HKEX platform (www.hkexnews.hk).
Under the new framework, printed copies will be dispatched only upon shareholder request. Non-registered shareholders must place such requests through their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited, and simultaneously submit a reply form to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, by post or email (aia.ecom@computershare.com.hk). Each request for hard copies remains valid for one year unless revoked earlier or replaced by a new instruction.
The company will no longer issue separate notifications each time communications are uploaded. Shareholders are encouraged to register for HKEX’s free “News Alerts” service for real-time updates on new filings.
Enquiries can be directed to the registrar’s hotline at (852) 2862 8688, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. Hong Kong time.
