ZYLOXTB (02190) has announced that its board of directors has recommended a final dividend of RMB 0.22 per share (tax inclusive) in cash for the financial year ending December 31, 2025. The proposed final dividend for 2025 will be submitted for approval at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. If the proposal is approved by shareholders at the meeting, the dividend is expected to be distributed on or before June 18, 2026, to shareholders registered in the company's share register on June 2, 2026. H-shares repurchased by the company and held as treasury shares will not be eligible for the final dividend.
