TR INTERIORS (06162) announced that KPMG has resigned as the company's auditor, effective December 10, 2025. Following the recommendation of the audit committee, the board has approved the appointment of Tianjian Deyang Accounting Firm as the new auditor, effective December 12, 2025, to fill the vacancy left by KPMG. Tianjian Deyang will serve until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting.
