Continental Aerospace: J.P. Morgan Issues 1.00 Million Derivative Shares Amid Proposed Delisting

Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (Continental Aerospace) has received notification from the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive of share dealings linked to its proposed delisting.

On 2 July 2026, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, classified as a Class (5) associate connected with the offeror, issued two batches of derivatives tied to Continental Aerospace shares:

• 750,000 reference securities at a price of USD 0.4055 each, with a maturity date of 20 July 2027, for a consideration of USD 0.30 million. • 250,000 reference securities at the same price and maturity, for a consideration of USD 0.10 million.

The combined issuance totals 1.00 million reference securities valued at USD 0.41 million. Following the transactions, J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s resultant holding in Continental Aerospace stands at 255.73 million reference securities.

The disclosure confirms that the dealings were executed for J.P. Morgan Securities PLC’s own account. The firm is ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
