SOUNDWILL publishes 2025 Annual Report and AGM Circular, urges shareholders to adopt electronic delivery

The Board of SOUNDWILL HOLDINGS LIMITED released its 2025 Annual Report together with a circular containing the notice of Annual General Meeting and proxy form on 15 April 2026.

Both English and Chinese versions are now accessible on the company’s website (www.soundwill.com.hk) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). Registered shareholders who have previously opted for printed copies will receive them by mail, while others are encouraged to review the online version to streamline communication.

Shareholders experiencing difficulty with email notifications or website access can request printed documents free of charge by completing and returning the enclosed reply form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 878-ecom@vistra.com.

The company reminds investors that maintaining a valid email address with the registrar is essential for receiving electronic notices and actionable corporate communications. Until a functional address is provided, notices and related documents will be dispatched in hard copy only.
