According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, a significant share transfer involving PRADA (01913) occurred on July 2nd.
The total value of the transferred shares amounts to HK$22.37 billion, accounting for 2.20% of the company's issued share capital.
The transaction involved the transfer of 55.8413 million shares into Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation Limited, while 47.069 million shares were transferred out from Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Limited.
