For the month ended 30 June 2026, Midea Real Estate Holding Limited recorded no movements in either authorised or issued share capital, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 6 July 2026.

Authorised Capital • Authorised share count remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 1 each, keeping total authorised capital unchanged at HKD 2.00 billion.

Issued Shares and Treasury Position • Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) closed the month at 1.44 billion—identical to the prior month. • The company held no treasury shares, and no shares were repurchased, cancelled or re-issued during the period.

Public Float Compliance • The company confirmed that it met the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum public-float threshold of 16.01 % as at 30 June 2026.

Share Options • An outstanding balance of 22.81 million share options (exercise price: HKD 18.376) remains from the scheme adopted on 29 May 2020 and terminated on 24 May 2024. No options were exercised, no new shares were issued, and no treasury shares were transferred during June.

Other Equity Instruments • The company reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute share capital, and noted no other movements in equity during the period.
