UNI MEDICAL Launches Full Electronic Distribution of Corporate Communications

Bulletin Express04-20 17:04

Genertec Universal Medical Group Company Limited (UNI MEDICAL) announced on 21 April 2026 that all future corporate communications will be disseminated exclusively through electronic channels.

Under the new arrangement, documents such as directors’ reports, annual and interim accounts, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms will be provided in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.umcare.cn) and on the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed versions will no longer be dispatched automatically.

The company has not yet received functional email addresses for non-registered Hong Kong shareholders from their respective intermediaries. Shareholders holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to supply an email address to those intermediaries to ensure timely electronic delivery.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials can submit a reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an email request to unimedical.ecom@computershare.com.hk. The registrar’s telephone hotline, +852 2862 8688, is available on business days from 09:00 to 18:00 (Hong Kong time) for related enquiries.

The initiative formalises the electronic communication framework first outlined in April 2025 and brings UNI MEDICAL’s disclosure practice fully in line with prevailing digital reporting standards.
