The Hong Kong IPO prospectus filed by Shanghai Longcheer Technology Co.,Ltd. (603341.SH) on June 27 has lapsed after the standard six-month period, becoming invalid as of December 27. At the time of submission, Citigroup, Haitong International, and Guotai Junan International served as the joint sponsors for the listing application. According to the prospectus disclosures, Longcheer Technology is a globally leading smart product and service provider, offering comprehensive solutions—including product research, design, manufacturing, and support—to well-known global smart product brands and leading technology companies. The company has currently built a diversified product portfolio covering smartphones, AI PCs, automotive electronics, tablets, smartwatches/bands, and smart glasses, with its core client base including leading brands such as Xiaomi, Samsung Electronics, Lenovo, Honor, OPPO, and vivo. Data from Frost & Sullivan indicates that, based on 2024 consumer electronics ODM shipment volume, Longcheer Technology is the world's second-largest consumer electronics ODM manufacturer. In terms of 2024 smartphone ODM shipments, the company ranks as the world's top smartphone ODM provider.
