Hangzhou Tigermed Consulting Co., Ltd. (Tigermed) has released an updated announcement on its FY2025 final dividend, refining payout amounts and the distribution timetable.

Dividend specifics • Amount: RMB 1.26 per 10 shares, equivalent to HKD 1.4468 per 10 shares. • Exchange rate applied: RMB 1 = HKD 1.14827. • Shareholders’ approval date: 2 June 2026.

Key dates for H-shareholders • Ex-dividend date: 18 June 2026. • Last day to lodge share transfers: 22 June 2026 (16:30). • Book-close period: 23–26 June 2026. • Record date: 26 June 2026. • Payment date: 31 July 2026. Tricor Investor Services Limited will manage registration in Hong Kong.

Withholding tax framework • Non-resident enterprises and individuals: 10% withholding. • Mainland individuals holding H-shares via Southbound Trading Link: 20% withholding. • Domestic enterprise investors in H-shares: tax self-declared; no withholding by the company.

Purpose of update Tigermed revised the HKD dividend amount, exchange rate, ex-dividend date, transfer cut-off, book-close window and record date versus the prior notice.

No warrants or convertible securities are affected by this announcement. Current board composition includes three executive directors, one employee director and three independent non-executive directors.
