China Taiping Insurance Holdings Releases 2026 Interim Report and Shifts to Fully Electronic Shareholder Communications

Bulletin Express09-24 16:45

On 25 September 2026, China Taiping Insurance Holdings Company Limited announced that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.ctih.cntaiping.com) and on the HKEXnews website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies are obtainable free of charge upon request to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, the company’s share registrar.

The board confirmed the adoption of a fully electronic dissemination model for all future corporate communications, in line with Hong Kong Listing Rules, the company’s Articles of Association, and the Companies Ordinance (as amended in 2025). Under the new arrangement, shareholders will receive corporate documents—such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—via the company’s and HKEXnews websites. Printed versions will be sent only upon specific request.

To facilitate timely electronic delivery, shareholders are encouraged to provide valid email addresses by scanning the personalised QR code on the accompanying reply form or by returning the completed form to the share registrar. If no functional email address is supplied, shareholders will continue to receive actionable corporate communications in hard copy by post for up to one year, after which they must renew their instruction.

Queries can be directed to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services at +852 2862 8688 during business hours (09:00–18:00, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays).
