Edding Genor (06998) Announces Share Repurchase Update

Edding Genor Group Holdings Limited (06998) filed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing that 8,500 ordinary shares were repurchased on 10 February 2026 and held as treasury shares. The repurchase price varied between HKD 2.80 and HKD 2.82 per share, with a total consideration of HKD 23,960.

Following this repurchase, the number of treasury shares increased from 7,846,500 to 7,855,000, while the issued shares (excluding treasury shares) decreased from 2,003,367,274 to 2,003,358,774. The total number of issued shares, including treasury shares, remained at 2,011,213,774.
