VITASOY INT'L Buys Back 30,000 Shares for HK$0.19 Million; Outstanding Share Count Unchanged

VITASOY International Holdings Limited (VITASOY INT'L) disclosed that it repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares on 24 July 2026 via on-exchange transactions at HK$6.32 per share, bringing total cash outlay to HK$0.19 million.

The repurchased stock—equivalent to 0.0029% of the company’s 1.02 billion issued shares—has been earmarked for cancellation. As cancellation had not been completed by the reporting date, the company’s issued share capital remained unchanged at 1,018.10 million shares.

Share-buyback capacity: • Shareholders approved a mandate on 25 August 2025 authorising VITASOY INT'L to repurchase up to 104.95 million shares. • Including the latest transaction, cumulative buybacks under this mandate total 33.03 million shares, representing 3.15% of the share count on the mandate date. • In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 23 August 2026.

All repurchases complied with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s Main Board requirements, according to the company’s filing signed by Company Secretary Carrie So.
