Weigao Group Buys Back 20,000 H-Shares for HKD 0.07 Million under 2026 Mandate

Shandong Weigao Group Medical Polymer Company Limited (Weigao Group) executed an on-market repurchase of 20,000 H-shares on 8 September 2026 at HKD 3.25 per share, for a total consideration of approximately HKD 0.07 million.

The repurchased shares represent about 0.0004% of the company’s outstanding share capital (excluding treasury shares) prior to the transaction. All 20,000 shares will be retained as treasury stock; no cancellations were recorded.

Post-transaction, Weigao Group’s share capital structure is as follows: • Issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) declined to 4.45835 billion from 4.45837 billion. • Treasury shares increased to 63.98 million from 63.96 million. • Total issued shares (including treasury shares) remain unchanged at 4.52233 billion.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved at the 29 May 2026 shareholders’ meeting, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 446.46 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate have reached 6.66 million shares, equivalent to 1.49% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date, leaving roughly 439.81 million shares still available for potential buyback.

In line with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Weigao Group is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 9 October 2026.
