China Vanke Reports No Change in Share Capital for March 2026, Confirms Public Float Compliance

Public Float • China Vanke confirmed that its H-share public float met the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s minimum 5 % threshold as of 31 March 2026.

Capital Instruments • The company reported no outstanding share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments.

Administration • The filing was submitted by Joint Company Secretary Mr Tian Jun on 1 April 2026.

The absence of any share-capital movement in March underscores China Vanke’s steady capital position, while regulatory compliance on public float remains intact.
