Bulletin Express09-23 16:45

Logan Group Company Limited announced on 23 September 2026 that its 2026 Interim Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.logangroup.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders—those whose shares are held through CCASS—can request hard-copy versions of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. To obtain printed materials, investors must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (using the prepaid mailing label) or via email at 3380-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders preferring electronic delivery should provide a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until the email address is on record, the company will send only printed notices of publication.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor Investor Services’ hotline at (852) 2980 1333, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).

The notice was issued by Board Chairman Kei Hoi Pang and specifies that shareholder communication preferences will remain effective until amended in writing or until the end of Logan Group’s next financial year, whichever comes first.
