China Cinda appoints Liu Xiaopeng as Vice President, subject to NFRA approval

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. (China Cinda) disclosed that its Board approved the appointment of Mr. Liu Xiaopeng as Vice President at the third meeting and second regular meeting for 2026 held on 28 May 2026. The appointment requires clearance from the National Financial Regulatory Administration (NFRA) and will take effect upon receiving that approval.

Born in 1975, Liu Xiaopeng brings extensive experience across China’s financial and energy sectors. His previous roles include: • Deputy Director, Financial Asset Management Department, State Grid Corporation of China • General Manager, Investment Management Department; Assistant General Manager and concurrently General Manager, Development Planning Department, State Grid Yingda International Holdings Co., Ltd. • Vice General Manager and Board Secretary, China Power Finance Co., Ltd. • Deputy Director-General, Global Energy Interconnection Office of State Grid Corporation of China and the Global Energy Interconnection Development and Cooperation Organization • Executive Director and CEO, Gome Finance Technology Co., Ltd. • Chief Strategic Operating Officer, Gome Holding Group Co., Ltd. • Non-executive Director, China Reinsurance (Group) Corporation • Non-executive Director, Agricultural Bank of China Limited

Liu holds a doctorate in world economics from Nankai University and carries the professional title of senior economist.

Following the announcement, China Cinda’s Board consists of three executive directors, two non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors, chaired by Mr. Zhang Weidong.
