This will take place on August 19, 2026, from 9:00 am to 9:30 am, using the central treasury cash management commercial bank time deposit business system of the People's Bank of China.

The operation volume for this phase is set at 100 billion yuan, with a term of three months. The interest accrual start date is August 19, 2026, and the maturity date is November 18, 2026 (with adjustments for holidays as applicable). The bidding will adopt an interest rate-based, single-price winning method, targeting banks that participate in the central treasury cash management commercial bank time deposit business.
