Bulletin Express10-15

VOYAH Automotive Technology Co., Ltd. (VOYAH AUTO) has received a Filing Notice from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), confirming completion of the regulatory filing for its H-share Full Circulation plan.

Under the approved program, up to 1.51 billion domestic shares will be converted into H shares and subsequently listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. VOYAH AUTO will now seek the Exchange’s approval for listing and dealing in the newly converted shares.

Shareholder lock-ups accompany the conversion: • Dongfeng Motor Corporation (DFM) and Wuhan Woya are restricted from transferring, entrusting or having the Company repurchase any of their pre-conversion shares for 36 months after completion of the listing. • Other participating shareholders face a 12-month transfer prohibition on their pre-conversion shares.

The conversion, listing and related procedures remain subject to final approval from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and other domestic and overseas regulators. Investors are urged to exercise caution when trading VOYAH AUTO securities until further announcements clarify the timetable and completion status.
