China Eastern Airlines and Alibaba's AI platform have announced a collaboration to introduce AI-powered aviation services. The entire process—from flight inquiries and fast membership registration to online ticket purchasing, payment, free seat selection, check-in, order tracking, and itinerary overview—can be completed within the AI platform application without switching between multiple apps or involving third parties. Currently, ticket purchasing and seat selection services cover all of China Eastern Airlines' domestic routes.

Future plans include gradually upgrading refund and change functionalities along with membership services to further enhance travel service efficiency and passenger experience.
