On November 17, financial regulatory authorities in Xinjiang imposed penalties on New China Life Insurance Company Ltd.'s (NCI) Urumqi Central Branch and related personnel due to inadequate training management. The Xinjiang Financial Regulatory Bureau issued a warning and fined the branch 4,000 yuan, while Xiao Zhendong, a responsible individual, also received a warning and a 4,000 yuan fine.
