China Cinda Sets 29 June 2026 for 2025 AGM; Shareholders to Vote on 5 Key Ordinary Resolutions

China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has circulated the proxy form for its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (ASM), confirming that the session will convene at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 29 June 2026, at No. 1 Building, 9 Naoshikou Street, Xicheng District, Beijing.

The agenda comprises five ordinary resolutions: 1. Approval of the Board of Directors’ 2025 work report. 2. Approval of the final financial account plan for 2025. 3. Approval of the 2025 profit distribution plan. 4. Appointment of accounting firms for the 2026 financial year. 5. Re-election of Ms. Shi Cuijun as an independent non-executive director.

Shareholders holding H-shares with a par value of RMB1.00 each may appoint the meeting chairman or another designated proxy to vote on their behalf. Completed proxy forms, together with notarised powers of attorney where applicable, must reach the Company’s H-share registrar—Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wanchai—no later than 10:00 a.m. (Hong Kong time) on Sunday, 28 June 2026.

Joint shareholders may have any one holder vote, but if multiple joint holders attend, precedence is given to the vote of the holder named first in the register. Personal identification is required for shareholders or proxies attending the meeting.
