Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited (CON AERO TECH) disclosed on 10 July 2026 that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror and ultimately owned by JPMorgan Chase & Co., executed a significant share transaction on 9 July 2026 under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers.

The transaction involved the purchase of 2.78 million shares through equity-linked instruments used for hedging Delta 1 products arising from wholly unsolicited client-driven orders. The total consideration amounted to USD 1.11 million, with both the highest and lowest execution prices fixed at USD 0.40 per share.
