Duly completed transfer forms must be lodged by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2026, to qualify for attendance and voting. The Company’s shareholders may appoint one or more proxies to attend and vote on their behalf. Relevant registration documents or authorizations must be submitted to the H Share Registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, not less than 24 hours before the scheduled start of the EGM. Proxies must present identification documents and valid authorizations at the meeting. In the event of joint shareholders, the senior shareholder in the register has precedence for voting purposes.
