SMOORE INTL Slightly Lifts Issued Share Count; Confirms Public Float Compliance for April 2026

Smoore International Holdings Limited reported marginal equity movements for the month ended 30 April 2026, according to its monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 7 May 2026.

Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.01, equivalent to USD 100.00 million.

Issued share capital increased by 174,430 shares—stemming solely from option exercises—bringing the total outstanding shares to 6.20 billion. The monthly increase represents a c.0.003 % expansion in the company’s share base. No treasury shares are held.

Share-option activity under the scheme adopted on 15 June 2020 (amended 18 February 2025) was the sole driver of the share issuance: • 1.93 million new options were granted. • 1.29 million options lapsed. • 174,430 options were exercised, generating HKD 1.32 million in proceeds. Outstanding options stood at 239.70 million at month-end, with 61.02 million shares available for future issuance and a further 549.27 million shares still permitted for grant under the scheme limits.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement.

No movements were recorded in warrants, convertibles, other share-issue agreements, or treasury-share balances during the period.
