Yuanjie Semiconductor Technology Co.,Ltd. (688498.SH) released its semi-annual report for 2026, showing robust financial performance with the company's net profit attributable to shareholders experiencing a substantial year-on-year increase of 1,212.2%, reaching 607 million yuan.

During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of 925 million yuan, marking a significant growth of 351.4% compared to the same period last year. The net profit attributable to shareholders stood at 607 million yuan, while the net profit excluding non-recurring gains and losses reached 514 million yuan, representing an increase of 1,033.7% year-on-year. The company has proposed a cash dividend of 10 yuan per 10 shares (tax inclusive) for all shareholders.

The revenue growth during the reporting period was primarily driven by a substantial increase in data center business revenue. As the data center segment's contribution to total revenue expanded, the company's gross margin improved significantly year-on-year. Additionally, the substantial growth in operational scale led to a reduction in the proportion of period expenses, collectively resulting in a significant improvement in overall profit levels. The company also indirectly participated in equity investments through private equity funds, and the appreciation in valuation of investee companies generated fair value gains on these investments, contributing to investment income. It should be noted that this portion of investment income is primarily classified as non-recurring gains and losses.

Net cash flows from operating activities increased by 729.67% year-on-year, attributed mainly to the substantial growth in business revenue scale, coupled with favorable customer payment collections and increased cash receipts from sales of goods and provision of services.
