Dajin Heavy Industry to Migrate All Corporate Communications to Online Platform; Hard Copies Available Upon Request

On 27 July 2026, Dajin Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. announced a transition to fully electronic dissemination of its corporate communications in accordance with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules.

Under the new arrangement, future documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be published simultaneously in English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.dajin.cn) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk). No separate printed versions or publication notices will be mailed to non-registered shareholders unless expressly requested.

Shareholders holding H shares through CCASS intermediaries may obtain hard-copy materials by completing and returning the designated Request Form to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 1081-ecom@vistra.com. Each request remains valid until the close of the company’s financial year unless revoked or superseded.
