QuantGroup Announces Executive Reshuffle: Zhang Yanshen Appointed as Executive Director and COO

QuantGroup (02685) has announced that due to changes in career development plans and personal reasons, Mr. Zhou Qiang has resigned from his positions as Executive Director, Chief Technology Officer, and all other roles within the group, and Ms. Liu Fangwei has resigned from her position as Non-Executive Director and all other roles within the group. Both resignations will take effect from March 2, 2026.

The board of directors is pleased to announce the following appointments, effective from March 2, 2026: (i) Mr. Zhang Yanshen has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company, and (ii) Mr. Tan Feng has been appointed as an Executive Director and Chief Technology Officer of the company.
