China International Capital Corporation Limited (the “Company,” stock code: 03908) announced that its proposed mergers with Dongxing Securities and Cinda Securities have yet to receive approvals from all relevant boards of directors, shareholders, and competent regulatory authorities. According to the latest update, these transactions remain contingent on final clearances.
The Company’s H shares, as well as notes listed under stock codes 4309, 4310, 5718, 5824, and 40562, have been suspended from trading since November 20, 2025, pending confirmation from competent regulatory authorities regarding applicable compliance requirements. The Company’s A shares (601995.SH) listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange are also halted, with the relevant announcement indicating an expected trading halt of no more than 25 A-share trading days.
