At the Alipay AI Ecosystem Partner Conference held this afternoon in Hangzhou, key industry leaders gathered to discuss the future of AI-driven services. Among the panelists were Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi, Alibaba Group Vice President and Head of the Qianwen Business Unit Wu Jia, OPPO Vice President and Head of Software Engineering Systems Tang Kai, and vivo Vice President and Head of the AI Global Research Institute Zhou Wei.

During the discussion, Wu Jia expressed strong optimism about the coming year, stating, "2026 is set to be an incredibly exciting year, as we are witnessing transformative shifts in how services are delivered." He elaborated that the core of this change lies in the capabilities, processes, and organizational structures behind service provision. "In the AI era, the method of delivering services will become overwhelmingly unified around AI, particularly with large models as the central engine," he added.

Wu further highlighted why this transformation is so impactful, noting that it creates three distinct types of value. These include a significant boost in service capabilities, a reduction in the overall cost of service operations, and a marked improvement in execution efficiency across the board.
