On May 13, the Administrative Penalty Decision Disclosure Form of the People’s Bank of China Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Branch revealed that Ningxia Haiyuan Rural Commercial Bank was issued a warning and fined 272,500 yuan. The penalties were imposed for violations of financial statistical management regulations and anti-money laundering management provisions.
