WuXi AppTec Completes Full Conversion of USD-Settled Zero-Coupon Convertible Bonds, Bond Listing Revoked

Stock News09-23

WuXi AppTec (HKG: 02359) has announced that all outstanding zero-coupon convertible bonds, originally issued in an aggregate principal amount of RMB 6.78 billion and due in 2027 with settlement in US dollars, have been fully converted into the company's H-shares in accordance with the terms and conditions of the bond indenture.

As of the date of this announcement, no convertible bonds remain outstanding, and accordingly, the previously planned early redemption of the bonds will no longer proceed. The delisting of the bonds from the Vienna Stock Exchange is expected to take effect at the start of trading hours on September 25, 2026.

The full conversion marks the conclusion of this financing instrument, eliminating any future redemption obligations tied to the notes and streamlining the company's capital structure.
