Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics issues 6,000 A Shares under 2021 incentive plan, lifting total share count to 539.39 million

Shanghai Fudan Microelectronics Group Company Limited disclosed that 6,000 new A Shares were issued on 30 April 2026 pursuant to the third attribution of the reserved grant under its 2021 A Shares Restricted Share Incentive Scheme, which was approved on 5 November 2021.

The issuance was priced at RMB 17.62 per share and represented 0.001 % of the company’s outstanding shares prior to the transaction.

Total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) rose from 539.38 million as of 31 March 2026 to 539.39 million after the allotment. No treasury shares were created, sold or cancelled, and the company reported no share repurchases.

The board confirmed that all listing‐rule, regulatory and procedural requirements were met, and that full consideration for the shares has been received.
