The notification, dated 21 September 2026, applies specifically to non-registered shareholders whose shares are held through CCASS.

Key details disclosed include:

• Access channels: The full interim report can be viewed and downloaded in the “Investor Relations” section of the company’s website or directly from the HKEXnews website.

• Ongoing communication: For all future corporate communications—including annual reports, interim reports, meeting notices, circulars, and proxy forms—the company will continue to issue bilingual e-notices on the publication date. Shareholders are encouraged to provide email addresses to their bank, broker, custodian, nominee, or CCASS participant to facilitate electronic delivery.

• Printed copies on request: Non-registered shareholders preferring hard copies can submit the enclosed request form to the share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, by post (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong) or by email (1126-ecom@vistra.com). Printed versions will be supplied free of charge.
