Deep News12-09

The latest data from the "Liquor Price Index" shows that the average retail prices of China's top 10 premium baijiu products stabilized on Tuesday after recent declines. If bundled together, the total price for one bottle of each of these 10 products remained unchanged at 9,160 yuan compared to the previous day, signaling a potential pause in the downward trend.

The daily "Liquor Price Index" collects data from approximately 200 nationwide sampling points, including authorized distributors, independent retailers, major e-commerce platforms, and physical stores. All pricing reflects actual transaction values from the past 24 hours, providing objective and traceable market data.

Market performance showed significant divergence among premium brands. Leading gainers included Luzhou Laojiao 1573, which rose by 10 yuan per bottle, followed by Kweichow Moutai Feitian (+9 yuan) and Yanghe Dream Blue M6+ (+8 yuan). Prices remained flat for Blue Flower Lang and Crystal Sword Nanchun.

On the declining side, Gujing Gong Jiu 20 saw the largest drop (-12 yuan/bottle), with Premium Moutai decreasing by 5 yuan. Xijiu Junpin and Wuliangye普五八代 both fell by 4 yuan, while Blue Flower Fen 20 edged down 2 yuan.

In industry news, pop singer G.E.M. has collaborated with Wuliangye on their new 29°一见倾心 product line. A recently circulated video shows the artist mixing cocktails using Wuliangye's low-alcohol product. Launched in August, this product represents Wuliangye's strategic move to attract younger consumers through premium low-alcohol offerings that emphasize self-reward and social experiences.
