Information Services Group, a global AI-focused technology research and consulting firm, has announced the start of a new study evaluating service providers that help businesses modernize their Oracle environments while scaling AI adoption and cloud modernization.

The findings will be published as a series of ISG Provider Lens reports titled "Oracle Cloud and Technology Ecosystem," expected to be released in November 2026. These reports will cover enterprises offering professional services (consulting, implementation, and integration), managed services, and solutions for the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).

As companies accelerate their cloud modernization and AI adoption, they increasingly need partners capable of upgrading their technology environments and supporting multi-cloud operations, governance, and compliance. Heiko Henkes, Managing Director at ISG, stated: "Companies are increasingly focused on turning Oracle's AI capabilities into measurable business outcomes. Service providers with deep Oracle expertise and AI capabilities will become essential."

ISG has sent survey questionnaires to over 75 service providers in the Oracle cloud and technology ecosystem. The research team will evaluate providers based on the three types of services enterprises typically procure, drawing on the experience of ISG's global consultants.

The series of reports will cover the global market and include specific reports for the United States, the United Kingdom, the Asia-Pacific region, and Brazil. Founded in 2006, ISG is a global technology and business services research and consulting firm that helps more than 900 clients—including 75 of the world's top 100 companies—achieve operational excellence and growth.
