The Baoji branch of Happiness Life Insurance Co., Ltd. has been penalized with a fine of 65,000 yuan for utilizing insurance agents to misappropriate funds, as disclosed in the administrative penalty information published by the Baoji Supervision Branch of the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
In addition to the corporate penalty, the responsible individual, Zhang Yunjiao, has been issued a warning and fined 10,000 yuan.
