French food and beverage giant Danone announced on Monday its agreement to acquire Australian food and drink company MADE Group, though specific financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The company also stated it will purchase the remaining 49% stake in a fresh dairy products joint venture it holds with Saputo Dairy Australia.
