BUILD KING HOLD (00240) has announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu will retire as the company's auditor upon the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting scheduled for May 22, 2026. Following the recommendation of the Audit Committee, the Board of Directors has resolved to propose the appointment of BDO Limited as the new auditor to succeed Deloitte. The appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and the completion of BDO's client acceptance procedures.
